It is tasty but has too much sugar content that settles at the bottom. Good value for money ๐

An Inconsistent Experience
I purchased this wildflower honey on two different occasions specifically to make Mamajuana, a traditional Dominican drink which calls for honey. I opted for the cheapest honey I could find on Amazon, and well, you definitely get what you pay for.In terms of consistency, it was somewhat of a wild card. The first time it arrived more solidified, and the second time it was quite liquidy. This inconsistency gives me a hunch that there might be some issues with how itโs stored before it gets to you. It wasnโt a dealbreaker for my purposes, but it does make me question the quality control a bit. Now, I must admit, I also tried tasting the honey directly a few times, taking little spoonfuls here and there, and I just couldnโt get on board with the flavor. It had a taste that I personally did not enjoy. It lacked that rich, lush flavor that I associate with high-quality honey. It did the job in the Mamajuana, but on its own, it just didnโt hit the mark.Despite its drawbacks, considering its low price point, it feels unfair to harbor too many complaints. It was functional for the mixed drink, but if you're a honey connoisseur or someone looking for a honey to enjoy on its own, this probably isn't the one for you.In the end, it was a clear case of โyou get what you pay for.โ It served its purpose in the drink mix, but I wouldn't repurchase it for direct consumption. Itโs cheap and okay for recipes, but that's about it.

Good quality honey, but had leaked (copiously) resulting in only (about) 50% being usable.
Delivery was late and the honey had leaked from every jar into the carton, resulting in only (about) 50% being salvageable. Once again the delivery company was Evri. Most unlikely that I would choose to re-order.

Extremely disappointed.
As someone who eats honey every day I understand that honey crystallises over time and to remedy this the jar should be placed in warm water. This usually rectifies the problem. However I did not expect a brand new jar to arrive completely crystallised to the point it was 90% set. I attempted to remedy this with the recommended warm water trick but due to it being a full jar it simply would not work.As someone who cannot eat set honey due to it affecting my gag reflex and the crystallisation of this honey being so extreme I am unable to eat it. Sadly I will be returning to my old brand.

real honey aroma
Tasty and delicious aroma. When you open the package, you smell the real smell of natural honey, that very slight smell of vinegar in the background, which means that the honey is strong and not like those supermarket honeys that don't smell like anything and look like they were made from melted sugar. If you're Brazilian, you'll know what I'm talking about. If not, try it and you will be surprised.
