Very cute design for a filtered water pitcher, filters are very easy to use and the water flow is pretty fast. My favorite water filter pitcher so far.

This water pitcher is great: it’s compact, really cute, easy to handle, and it really filters water much faster than other water filtration systems. My only issue with it is that the water has a weird flavor. I don’t know if it’s due to the nature of the filter installed (which is the one that came with the water pitcher), but my tap water has no flavor, but the water after going through the filter doesn’t taste good. I did follow all the prep steps per the instructions, and still this was the result. I’ll keep using it, but if I have guests at home I don’t think I’ll offer them water. Really hope this was just a fluke.

Amazing and simple filter but better customer service! I had some issues with my carafe and they were very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful!! The replacement filters always ships out fast and they put a lot of dedication into their products.

I like the design, but you do have to fill it up often. Thee most important part about my complaint is the taste, it's really bad. I ran water in it for a long time for days to see if I needed to soak the filter and maybe the taste would have gotten better over time, but it’s been a couple of weeks and the taste has not gotten better. I also have a Water Drop filter which I’ve had for a while and have never had any problems with the flavor, the taste or anything so something is wrong with this company’s water filter. I would buy Britta or Water drop.

I have a more expensive pitcher at my home that I've been using for years. I bought the smaller version for my boyfriend as he doesn't drink as much water than me. He loves it - and is even drinking more water! And now he is no longer buying bottled water. The water tastes good, it's easy to refill and it's great to always have a cold pitcher in the fridge. Love that the water filters are small and affordable. Great product!

I replaced a well known brand with this and I am so happy I did! It filters very well, fills quickly, takes up less room in the fridge, and holds plenty of water. The concept was knocked in some reviews, but I disagree. It is so much better to take 45 seconds to fill it through the filter than to fill up some other brand’s clunky reservoir and try to get that to the fridge without spilling it while you wait for it to drain down. It’s high quality and attractive, too. Very pleased!

Im comparing this to an old Brita filter pitcher I have. I wanted something new and something that is more compact and doesn’t take up as much space in my small fridge. This isn’t as big as I thought. You would think 64 oz (8 cups) is a lot but really it’s not if you drink water everyday, I’ll have to fill it more often then my brita pitcher. Also, since it says it can fill quicker then other pitchers i thought it would be relatively quick. Its a lot slower then my brita and you can only have the faucet at a trickle when filling or it over fills on the top. The only good thing about this is it’s not as wide as my brita and it probably filters it better then my old brita pitcher.
