**Q: Is it a fast drying ink? I cant get it to dry, I am stamping on poly labels**
A: This ink is not meant to be used on poly labels(weather proof - plastic surface).  The ink must be absorbed into the surface you are stamping or it will not dry.

**Q: Once stamped, does it dry fairly quickly or will it smear easily?**
A: It dried quickly for me and did not smear.

**Q: Is it water based?  Oil?  Solvent?**
A: I believe it is oil based - so it doesn't dry out quickly.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does what it says it does

It’s not perfect but still better than any numbering machine ink that I’ve used in the past. The number imprint isn’t as consistent as I’d like it to be but I think this is more the fault of the steel stamp plates of the numbering machine than the ink. I use this ink to number the pages of my Moleskines and it does a solid job.
