Other Ingredients: Buckthorn, Psyllium Husk, Anise Seed, Fennel Seed, Psyllium Seed. Adults: Two to four tablets daily as needed at bedtime or on arising. Children 6-11: 1/2 of adult dose. Children 2-5: 1/4 of adult dose. Do not use laxative products when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present unless directed by a doctor. If you have noticed a sudden change on bowel habits that persists over a period of two weeks, consult a doctor before using a laxative. Laxative products should not be used for a period of longer than 1 week unless directed by a doctor.
