What size for a 5’11” 180 lb man?

They do run a bit small. I would go up a size or two. I'm 5'9" and X-Large feels right, but hard to get the thing off... Shoulder straps do not have a lot of stretch so you may need to go XXL... Xl will fig you but will be really snug. May have a hard time getting out of it.

I would suggest going up a size higher than recommended

I use this singlet for use in the gym when working on legs. It fits very snugly and feels comfortable. It's an XL (as recommended for somebody of my height and weight) but it is not that easy to put on, so I would recommend going up another size if you struggle.The cut does emphasise my man bits so I wear a pair of shorts over it.
