Great product
The original one on my scooter was broken, and it became very difficult for me to take/store it for my commuting since it can’t be locked folded any more, till I found the product. It saves my commuting life. So far so good, great for the price.

Received two bolts fit my Segway SE3 (bought from Costco)
I broke my new Plastic hook. Funny Segway doesn't sell this piece at their store. When I received this from Amazon it works but this is a bit shorter than the original. I glued the original and compared the broken one with new one and only difference was hook not as long. Came with 2 bolts. Overall ok with it.
