Very quiet pump, even better performance.
I use this pump on the barracuda 200 gpd piggyback upgrade. Works perfectly, my water output has not only doubled. It runs MUCH more efficiently due to the higher psi, which i run at 80. I allready have zero tds leaving the membranes. Will not need di resin for several years to come. Lastly, it is a very quiet pump. Very pleased with this purchase.

Works
I setup the pump and pressure sensor and both worked as expected. I tested the pressure sensor with my float valve and once valve closed the pump shutoff as expected. Without the pump my RO/DI machine is at 40 psi. After I turn on the pump I am 80 psi exactly. There are YouTube videos for this exact product that explain all installation steps and more, however installation is very simple.I can't speak for if this device has a good long lifespan, but I have already used this device several times and my gut feeling is will last long time, if isn't abused.Note my pump was missing a needed piece; the quick connect elbow piece. I contacted my seller, which gave me a nonsense response. Next contacted manufacturer AquaFX which sent me the missing piece for free but did have to wait 7 more days for piece to arrive.P.S. RO/DI work much faster if use warm water, inline adapters cause poor performance with too cold water. Good luck.

Bullet-proof pump!
The pump is Awesome, as the water pressure here is between 40-60psi, and my reverse osmosis likes a little higher pressure which also helps produce filtered water faster with less waste.....as it boosts the pressure this morning just tested from 42psi to 110psi awesome pump!:) and my water supply ran out it ran for nearly a day without water and works just fine.

Works great, but adapter and pump runs hot.
This pump works like a charm. Taking away a star because the pump and the adapter runs hotter when at work compared to the watts premier which I've tried just before this purchase and found not as powerful as this one. Overall satisfied.

Besides arriving with a cracked power supply I experienced the following issues:1 - inconsistent psi. Psi would drop for no apparent reason. Once pump was turned off psi returned to normal house psi of 40 psi which ruled out anything to do with the RO unit.2 - leaking This unit leaked from every joint. Both intak and outtake hose connectons (which I had to install for some reason) and from the pressure screw.3 - the power supply ran really hot. Maybe this was because the plastic was cracked. But it was to the point of me being worried about leaving on for long periods of time.I returned it and got the 8800 which suffered non of the same problems and came fully assembled.

When I first installed the unit, the pressure to my RO system was 150psi. The RO unit is rated at 85psi max. Had to purchase a pressure regulator to put in front of the pump, and adjust the pump for the lowest pressure setting it would go. No basic instructions were included. When I asked the seller a couple questions, they responded right away to the first questions, then did not respond to the last question I asked.

Great Pump
This pump is great! It increase the water pressure in my house (in Southeast Florida) from 50 PSI to over 100 PSI. Love it!!!

Great pressure but arrived with issue
Installed and boosted my pressure from 40 psi to 160 psi. Tried to turn the pressure down using a 6mm Allen wrench CCwise as described in the Aquatec video.Adjustment wouldn't budge and then stripped out. Returned.
