my guess is that this is once again a returned item and they didn't bother to put in the rings or the paperwork. this happens all the freaking time at amazon. I paid for the product, a NEW product, I didn't get what I paid for and it makes me very angry and amazon needs to start making sure that returned items are complete before they put them back into stock and re-sell them.

GREAT additionWhat I like most about these flash cards are they have words that are used frequently but not provided in other Spanish flash card sets. I also like that they are color coded based on the group it fits in. Like weather. It also has the word written phonetically for English speakers to pronounce it correctly in Spanish.

Got these for my kids who were starting a new school and were going to be behind in language. Great for them to look at on the bus or in the car for review. Nice range of vocab. We ended up buying the first set and the second.

My pretty princess absolutely loves these cards. They are perfect for her beginning Spanish lessons. I am completely satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend them!

I love flash cards, these are good for beginners

Excellent cards to bring along for trips and the small set is very easy to take along and review. The cards are in 3 sets, and cover specific areas. They are easy for children, as well as adults, to learn Spanish rapidly and effectively. The keychain link is a great idea.
