They do exactly what they claim to do BUT it needs you to do your end of the bargain to work properly.I was skeptical at first. But i tried it anyways and I steadily lost 1 lbs a day for a week straight. That means I lost 7lbs in 7 days. I don't exercise so I knew that I'd have to watch what I ate. *THESE PILLS ARE NOT A GET OUT OF JAIL FREE CARD!!! YOU CANNOT CONSUME JUNK FOOD AND THINK THE PILLS WILL WASH THE FAT AWAY!!!*There are no magic pills out there.The way these pills work is by suppressing your hunger. If taking correctly and an hour before your meal you will 1)feel less hungry when you're ready to eat and 2)feel fuller quicker.I fell off the rails with this since I had a family trip and forgot to bring them and ate like a mad woman so I'm back to square one.The first 2 days are rough. You WILL be hungry all the time but eat healthy snacks or drink water until you get over the slump.3rd day, you will start to feel less hungry and then it's a piece of cake from there.I have to disclaim since people thing it's a magic diet pill that will make the fat fall right off while eating cheeseburgers for breakfast lunch and dinner. No.Eat good. Drink water. Take the pills. Don't over indulge and you will see results.

I took this supplement regularly for about a month (3 pills two hours before each meal and drank a lot of water) and I did lose weight. That said, I lost the weight in a very unhealthy manner. I would feel hungry prior to a meal but I had a hard time swallowing the first bite. Even if I forced myself to eat something, I was extremely nauseous and often would throw up whatever I ate later. I quickly lost about 30 lbs. in that month but this kind of weight lost is not healthy. I don't think I necessarily lost weight from the pill. I lost the weight because the supplement allowed me to starve myself.The nausea didn't start until a few days after starting the supplement. At first I thought I was just sick, but after it went on for a while, I started looking into other causes. A few days after I stopped the supplement, the nausea completely went away and my eating habits returned to normal.I would NOT recommend this product to anyone. This is not approved by the FDA and the side effects of the product are not known. Search for the stories from others about the short and long term harmful effects of this supplement. As much as I would love a magic pill to help me lose weight, I'm going to stick to eating healthy whole foods and exercise.

If you are looking for a magic weight loss pill, this is not it. All of the advertising hype over Garcinia wants consumers to believe that all there is to this product is taking it and the pounds melt away, far from the truth. Although this may help, the key is proper nutrition and exercise.

I never write reviews for products, but felt that I personally utilize reviews to know what works and what doesn’t, so I wanted to share my opinion on this product with others! I have only been using this product for a few DAYS now, and am absolutely in love with it. I have never used a dietary supplement before, and this product turned out to be amazing. In just a few days of using this product, I have noticed a huge shift in my appetite (I am honestly barely hungry all day long- something I never thought I would experience!) I take 3 pills one hour before lunch and another 3 pills one hour before dinner. I have also noticed a boost in energy (when I work all day I normally just want to sleep, but now I have so mcuh energy!) I cannot wait to continue using this product and post an updated review in a month- I can’t wait to see my results!

I think I notice a difference in my appetite. I do take it with Apple Cider Vinegar capsules, I don't know if that makes a difference or not - it was suggested because I plateaued and I work out almost 7 days a week. There are two options one for weight loss and one for suppressing your appetite. The weight loss dosage is 3 pills x 2 daily and suppressing is 1 tables (or whatever a doctor suggests). If you want it for weight loss you better order a bigger bottle due to taking a total of 6 pills (3 pills x 2 daily). I haven't weighed myself so I am not sure about "weight loss" claim. I do not suffer from caffeine nervousness or jitters but that is just me.

This is by no means Amazon 's fault. But sadly, I got minimal to no relief from this product. I really wonder that if someone loses some weight when using, that success comes largely from expectations for the product. Unfortunately, that excitement only lasts so long, and I'm back on the neverending cycle.

These are amazing!! I'm trying to lose some weight I gained since being diagnosed w a rare neurological disease. I was in hospital for 3 months, a nursing home 3.5 more months, was bedridden, couldn't use my hands and had to teach myself to walk again. All of this to say that I gained weight I desperately need to lose. These are easy to take....1 he before a meal. They don't give me shakes, jitters, I can't tell I've even taken them except I don't have as much of an appetite as I did before. I haven't changed ANYTHING else. I've lost 9lbs in 2 weeks!! I do take these along w apple cider vinegar pills, just not at the same time (even soaced out 5 mins, helps me not have issues having to run to bathroom). My Dr asked what I was doing and I have got a couple of his nurses into it now too. Highly recommend this!!

I've been buying different Garcinia Cambogia products and have always enjoyed the product. I've bought this exact product twice now, but what's weird is: The first bottle I recieved was very powdery, and I mean it got everywhere! As you see in the picture, it even seems as though the first bottles pills were filled half-assedly? Or like they ALL leaked, every pill looked exactly the same.As well as with the second bottle, I feel the effects WAY more (as a dietary supplement to curb hunger). AND the pills seem to be filled more, or sealed tighter so the leaking problem didn't happen?It's as if the first bottle was a cheaper version of the product and the second bottle is the real product. The picture says it all. One full bottle looked cheap, and the second is perfect.

An awesome product.. The best appetite suppressant I have ever seen.. Just loved it.. Saw very good results.. It's too early to comment.. Waiting for the right time..
