I have suffered with trigger finger in my right had little finger for a long time. I tried two other "sprints' before this one. The first had a detachable splint that wouldn't stay connected or in position. The second, although different, was just as useless. This one has the splint as an attached part of the entire assembly. It was also made for to use on my right hand. I began to notice relief immediately, wearing it to bed every night. Within a month or so I had no problems. I have found that if I don't use it every night the trigger finger slowly returns, so I use it every night, and have for three months. I don't even notice, and haven't since the beginning. Essentially no more problems, no more need for suggested surgery. Highly recommended. A quality product.

I've had this brace now for a few days. I bought it to wear while I sleep. It stayed on the first night. But, on the 2nd and third nights, it slipped off my hand sometime during the night. I'm giving it 4 stars because it is very comfortable, the Velcro holds really well, and it isolates my finger as it should. I believe it would stay on my hand if the design was such that there was a strap that circled around the thumb thereby anchoring it in place. If you don't plan on sleeping in it, I think you will like it. I am not going to return it. Instead, I am going to try to fashion a strap around my thumb.

I hurt my ring finger and needed to keep it stabilized. This was the perfect brace, not bulky, easy to get on (and off when needed). Very happy with the product.

This is very comfortable and gives excellent support. I like it a lot.

I have a "Trigger Finger". I've tried five different products. This is the most helpful of the five. It doesn't eliminate or cure the problem but it helps lessen the stiffness and pain. The other four products I've used weren't as helpful as this one. The only improvement that I recommend is that the metal bar be sown in at both ends because it can slip out at the unsown end. I've purchased a second one because the first one is wearing out after nearly six months of regular use. That's not bad in my opinion considering the price.

Unfortunately, it fell apart after using for one month. I only wore it to sleep in.

I got this to support a badly sprained finger. I have small hands. And although this fits big, I was able to tighten it enough to stay put. It does look completely different than the picture. Will have to do for now.
