I bought these to replace the wheels on a tandem bicycle case. We travel with an S&S coupled tandem in two large specially designed cases. On our last trip, I noticed that the wheels on one of the cases had begun to disintegrate. I ordered replacements from the supplier for $75. I then noticed that the wheels on the other case also had begun to disintegrate, so I searched for a more economical alternative on Amazon and found these wheels for a whole lot less. Installation was not difficult, but I used a power drill instead of a hacksaw to remove the old axles (see photo). This is a common method to remove rivets and works well for original axles as well. Use a bit about the size of the axle. You may have to put pressure on the old wheels or use a pair of pliers to keep the axle from spinning as you drill.

I got this to replace the wheels on my tool box that I use to travel. it is a little smaller than the original but that could be due to the original been exposed to the elements and worn out. After installation the wheels seems wobbly but it does make it easy to move the box around. it is made of hard vinyl like material and some really cheap bearings. But does seem to work. Durability remains to be seen.

Nautilus wants a laughable amount for cheap plastic replacement wheels. These are a 1/3 of the price & roll better as they're stronger. They come with 2 flush mount axel options & the shorter ones worked perfectly. Better setup than factory OEM as I move my treadmill in/outside weekly.

Not only do these have a smoother feel to them when lugging my suitcase around, but they stand out on the luggage belt at the airport and make my suitcase easier to find.

This kit only replaces 2 of the wheels. I only needed to replace 2 of the wheels. The hardest part was cutting the old axles off. One guy holding the case while I was cutting did the trick. It was great that they supplied washers for variable thickness and also 2 sets of different length replacement axle bolts. I am sure my $200 Samsonite will last another 5 years. Thanks!

Bought these to report the broken wheels on my swiss gear suitcase. They worked great! I did have to add a couple small washers but otherwise they were perfect. Hopefully they last longer than the factory wheels.

I am using these for luggage wheel replacements. I like them much better than the standard harder plastic wheels found on most luggage.

As anyone who has tried to get warranty work done on expensive luggage knows, the phrase “customer service” is an oxymoron in this industry so I decided to give these replacement wheels a spin (sorry…).So much smoother and better rolling than the cheap wheels that came on the bag. I think from now on I’m just going to order these along with any piece of luggage I purchase in the future. If you’re a serious traveler, do yourself a favor and buy these wheels.
