They are easy to set up and are weighted so they don't blow away easily. The best part is they fold pretty small really easily and have their own elastic band attached to keep them folded for storage. These were a great little investment and worth every penny for peace of mind while my children are riding their bikes. My boys set their cones by themselves, one at one end of the road (it a short little road) and one at the other, they are super bright and can't be missed.My one complaint is that the velcro that holds them together as they stand up is cheap and breaks easily, two of the four have broken already. The cones still stand but if the other piece breaks on either they will likely not stand anymore. I did read the reviews and made sure I had heavy rocks to help anchor the cones when I put them out over the July 4th holiday week-end. It was breezy and they stayed in place. I placed these about 30 yards apart along the road in front of our place. We are at the top of a hill, so drivers saw them coming up or approaching the downside of the hill. Drivers indeed slowed down. I love the fact they can be stored flat when not in use. A worthwhile product.
