Works great. Ordered for a Costway SureFit treadmill. The power switch went out. Ordered this one. Hooked up easily and powered on as it should.

I cannot stress how helpful the pre-attached wiring makes this little switch. It takes most of the stress out of connecting wall power to my projects. Just a minute to verify which wire connects to which prong and I can wire it up without concern. I used this to provide power to a MAME cabinet I stuffed into a briefcase. The switch has a solid feel to it and it lights up nice & bright when it's flipped to ON. Power plugs insert easily and with a snug but not difficult fit. Wire quality is pretty good, being thick enough to work easily. There were two in the pack. Now I need another project...

I bought this socket for my arcade cabinet. Unlike other products where I have to connect wires between the switch and power myself, this one already has the wiring set up inside the plastic component, which is very convenient. I only need to connect the wires for the power, making installation much easier. However, the included wires couldn’t be directly connected to my outlet, so I used pre-made ones instead. The labels "L" and "N" indicate which side is Load and Neutral, while Earth is represented by a symbol.

You can maybe get by with an 8 amp fuse although it comes with only a 5 amp. But pulling 10 amps through the switch will result in melted plastic and potentially a fire. Otherwise, I like the simpler wiring approach of this new design compared to the old one. Much easier!

So I needed another switch for another 3D printer build and noticed in the pictures the switch button itself has been revised to a smaller one, so hopefully it's more reliable. I purchased 2 so now I have a backup just in case. These things are dead simple to install with just 3 wires ready to go electrical connectors and all! Wow this was super simple to connect and it color matched the power cord I removed, color for color. Was literally done in about 5 minutes from the time I opened the package. I had to clean-up my print job a little to make it fit. Now I can easily turn-off my printer! Update: Only lasted 1 yr & 4 months. It broke and I have to buy a new one. Buying a different brand as I've hardly used my 3D printer.

It's fine. I have "New Version" shown in picture, The switch opens and closes both the neutral and line wires, leaving the ground alone. Check the wires so you know which is neutral. Mine was wired so that the blue wire (middle terminal on inside) was wired to the hot/line side of my normal NEMA 5-15 to C14 cord. I recommend checking yours carefully with a multimeter.

This was a perfect fit replacement for ultrasonic cleaner part number PS-80A.

Great for my guitar pedal board. Easy to wire.
