Great fabric for a tutu

My daughter was about 6 months when I made her tutu for Halloween. Two spools of this was the perfect amount for the amount of pouf I wanted.

When you open up the package, you would think 25 yards would be a lot. After less than half my tutu it was all used up! I'm not saying they should give me more since I got what I ordered, but I should have bought two. I went to Joann Fabrics the same day this tulle came in just to get more, and it was $3.24 (with tax)! It cost twice as much here on Amazon even with free shipping! If you're only going to use a little bit of it, then you should just buy one, but if you're going to make a tutu, I would suggest buying two. (I am twelve and have 35 inch (around) hips. I made my tutu double layered so I didn't have to worry about people seeing through it. So I did use a lot more than normal.)

I ordered this red tulle for a Rainbow Adoption Shower I helped host. Product arrived quickly with great packaging. I loved the small spools as I was making pompoms and the size was perfect for wrapping around the large rings.
