Handy!
The first 5 minutes of using it, I wanted to go and write 1 star review and say how useless that thing was. But then decided to give it one more chance. I'm glad I did! As soon as you get the hang of it, it works like a miracle! Even on linen and denim, you just gotta find the right way for the steam to work its magic. I wish I could take the wrinkle off my face that easily too.

Steamer works nice and fast
Had a hard time assembling and decided I really don’t need as it’s just my husband and I, but if I’d had when we were raising our kids and grandkids it would have been great to have

Broke after 3~ years
I bought this in September of 2019. It worked great until December 2022. Today I plugged it in and it shorted in my gfi outlet and wouldn’t turn on even when I reset the outlet. Frustrating. It is a bit wobbly when using and the steam isn’t a strong stream. It did the job for three years but I was hoping it’d last longer than that.

Nice steamer, Rod collapses quite frequently.
I love how it steams and gets the wrinkles out of my clothes. However, the rod keeps collapsing so as my clothes are hanging and I’m steaming, the rod collapses making it super short. If you are steaming lengthy garments (dresses, tunics, pants) this is a con..I love the color, the tank size is decent.
