Out of the box easy to assemble
to note my 5 stars is based on receiving, assembling and a single night of use thus far. If time proves the seats undoing I will adjust my review accordingly. To note out of the box everything is clearly labeled. It comes with all the hardware and the allenkeys necessary to put it all together. You should never find yourself confused as to what piece goes where or which direction a certain piece should face, the instructions are fairly bare bones but the assembly is as well so it works out.I spent maybe 20 minutes in total between unboxing and putting all the pieces together alone and did not have any issues along the way. The most difficult part of most office chairs is the back rest connecting to the seat and though again that was the case here it was probably the easiest time I've ever had with that particular section. It will require a little adjusting back and forth to line up the holes and I recommend starting on the right side (the instructions also recommend this) as the right side is not loosely swinging like the left side (by design due to the leaver for leaning).Having spent a night with the chair it's one of the most comfortable chairs I've sat in, I am by no means a small guy (6'4, 365 lbs) and i fit without any issues, the headrest has minimal adjust-ability up and down but even so it still fit where I needed for when I lean back, and the lumbar pillow doesn't slide around as I move. The seat itself is a bit hard at first but I never felt uncomfortable in it. I am on normal carpet but the chair still rolls well across it without feeling like it's digging into the ground or struggling.Again this is a cursory review of it but so far I feel like it was money well spent.

Easy enough to assemble, but not a great multi-year use chair
I'm running up on a year and a half with this chair soon and so far, nothing but dissatisfaction. I have several complaints about the chair, so I'll list them in no particular order.- I got used to the annoying frame poking up the side of my legs when I sit down, but only after several months with it.- The bluetooth speaker system isn't really that reliable or great. I gave up trying to use it after a month with it. The speakers are just a silly gimmick, so don't be lured in with them.- After five months, I made a remark on twitter about my chair's armrests coming undone. The left side broke off completely, so I removed it. Now my right armrest is loose as well.- Since the seat itself is already flat and barely comfy as is, there's almost no way to get it flatter than it already is.- I tried using the support pillow back when I first got the chair. That was just a mistake in its own self. It was more in the way than supportive.- The head pillow, while I do use it, tends to give me headaches. It's stiff and uncomfortable. I've tried adjusting it, even refluffing it, but nothing helps.- To make things absolutely infuriating and potentially worrisome, it feels like the back of the chair is coming undone on its own. I can have the chair locked in the up-most position from the back-to-seat lever goes and chair base locked so it doesn't move too much, but I still recline in it. I'm afraid one day it's going to just snap completely and I'll go tumbling backwards. It's supposed to be made to endure my weight, but clearly it doesn't after having it for more than a year. Essentially, my chair is leaning me to the left now.I chose this chair because it was a 'good' price and claimed to support my weight, but the lesson I've learned from this is to never, *ever* skimp out on a good desk chair. Are you also over 330 lbs and seeking out a good computer chair because most chairs these days aren't really meant for your weight? Don't get this chair. Their twitter account representative did say they have an XL series of this chair, but after this chair, I don't want to risk getting injured from a collapsing seat back.

A very sturdy chair
Hello the chair arrived on time and was easy to assemble the Bluetooth speaker took some time for me to figure out how to connect to my phone but a quick email to the GTRACING team had me fixed up. the armrests are a bit quirky and would not click into place. after further looking over the arm rests I found that the bolts holding one of the arms in place were stripped out. Another email and quick response for the GTRACING team has a promise of shipping out a new armrest. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars was because of the arm rest witch should be taken care of soon. I will re post when it is.So the new arm arrived today, after 5 minutes of removing the old one and replacing it with the new one I was back to gaming comfortably. Thank you to the GTRACING team, I am completely satisfied with my chair and the customer support.

Good Chair
PROSASSEMBLY - This chair is really nice quality. I just assembled this chair by myself (btw I'm a 5ft tiny girl). It was very easy to assemble and also very simple to set up the bluetooth. ( keep in mind its kinda heavy so you might want to assemble this in the room you want to keep it in )QUALITY - I was sceptical about the speaker quality but i was pleasantly surprised, the speakers are actually very good quality. The chair also seems to be sturdy and good quality.COMFORT - It feels comfortable so far. I got this for when I have to work from home for long hours. I haven't had to work from home yet so we shall see. I'll have to update the review once I find out.CONSI thought the ottoman shown in the video also comes with this chair but it doesn't. That was the only thing I was disappointed about but I think it still deserves a 5 star. I would recommend this chair!
