TRANSPACK Lightweight Padded Rolling Convertible Black Double Ski Bag 109 L |Adjustable Length from 165cm to 185cm (3378-01)

The construction of the bag is fairly rugged with decently thick fabric. The handles are large enough for comfortable grip. The bag roomy enough for me to fit skis, pole and boots for my wife and I. My skis are 186's so I had to unzip the extension. There are handy straps for securing both the skis and poles within the bag and a separator flap to prevent skis from rubbing against each other.I was actually able to fit both of our pairs of ski boots into the bag as well -- but note that our boots are Alpine Touring boots of lightweight construction and low bulk and I was just barely able to close the zipper over my boots.The wheels make rolling through the airport easy.We had a six hour drive between our kids place in NYC and the NH ski resort in a rental minivan -- I bungied the ski bag onto the roof so there would be more room for all seven of use in the minivan -- the bag did fine with this.

The Transpack is well engineered with internal velcro tie downs for two pairs of skis and one pair of poles. When fully packed (about 40 lbs.) it is a bit heavy to transport even with wheels. Seemed to survive two flights out west without too much wear or tear to fabric and no damage to skis.

This bag served me well this past ski season. It is a great size --holds 2 sets of skis and poles up to 183 cm (I think) or in my case, one set and all my gear except for boots. The wheels make hauling all my gear through the airport so much easier. Seems durable. And it slides under my bed for off season storage. Very handy.

AMAZING for travel with skis. Very easily fits two pairs of skis and poles as well as many layers and even your helmet. Boots I do not think would fit but it may be possible.

The first our trip this bag tolerated well: no tears yet, all wheels and straps in place. Perfect size and lots of straps to secure your gear
