The advantages of having one of these at home are never-ending!
Commercial-grade, gym-standard home bench, strong, heavy duty construction, thick frame, with an impressive 1,000 lb. weight capacity, many incline/decline options, seat adjustments, and superior comfortability.Cushions are not slippery or slick, even when sweating, seems to be a mix between rubbery and leather and carbon fiber (PU leather according to specs), good amount of friction to prevent sliding in seat and thick material is wear resistant, durable and will last a long time. Also unlike a lot of other benches this does not come with an odor or smell, chemical or otherwise, the material is breathable/odorless.Very sturdy/stable on hardwood floor, thanks to the big non-slip rubber foot covers, it doesn't scratch and it's really secure, no wobbles, shaking, or toppling over, even when on the side doing dips.Bench frame is already assembled in box, you only need to attach the cushions and rear stabilizer - and any tools you do need are already included in the box. Well packaged, thick cardboard and support straps so you won't have the delivery issues reported with other benches (destroyed packaging on delivery, protruding metal, lost parts) - it's organized, protected, and instructions are simple, less than 10 minutes to get this thing fully assembled.Really easy to move around. Has transport wheels and a gripped, L-shape handle-bar, so it's out of the way when you're using the bench and much more ergonomic when you're moving it. If you have high carpets it seems like it'd be easier to pull forwards you than to push when you want to move it so the feet are not resisting against the carpet.Seat and back padding is thick (nearly 3 inches!), the foam is firm, nice high-density. The upholstery is boxed, not triangular or imitating of a sports car. It's simplicity is the very reason it is so comfortable and supportive, and the stitching is good. Very happy with the width of the cushions as it provides incredible back support, keeps your body firm, keeps you from falling off or getting hurt. I have tried others that are so narrow it kills your shoulder blades or so thin you can feel the metal frame jamming into your upper back.I don't like having to go out to the gym, sometimes I don't have the time, or I don't feel like making the trip. Sometimes I don't want to be in front of other people, have to comb my hair, wear proper attire, shower in public, live out of a locker. Maybe you're uncomfortable at the gym because of lack of experience or strength. Nobody wants to be the guy lifting an empty barbell right after the last guy maxed out on plates, and definitely nobody wants to lay on all the sweat he probably didn't clean. The advantages of having one of these at home are never ending. I bought this with the idea that the ease-of-access, increased convenience and privacy of having this at home would mean I was more consistent with my workouts. I am so glad I did, because that's exactly what's happening. The money I was wasting on a gym membership will cover the cost of this in no time. Highly recommended.

Heavy Duty to the "core"
I looked at half a dozen or so adjustable benches for over a week when I ran across this gem. I found that the Meven Adjustable Weight Bench has everything I was looking for at a great price. I was impressed by its 1000 lb. weight capacity, incline/ decline options, and adjustable seat. The wheels in the back work like a charm for easy movement and its overall weight is more than manageable to easily store the bench. The Meven Work Bench looks sharp and the quality/ sturdiness are apparent. Assembly is easy and straight forward; the total assembly took only minutes. All tools required for assembly are included. The padding on the seat and back rest is thick, firm, and something you would find at a nice gym. Using this as a sit-up bench with a set of dumbbells, it provides plenty of variety for a full workout. This bench will stand up to heavy use and be sturdy for the long haul. It was exactly what I was looking for. I am more than satisfied with this purchase!

WARNING THAT WEIGHT BENCH IS BADLY DESIGNED WITH SEVERAL MAJOR FLAWS THAT COULD BE LIFE THREATENING
The media could not be loaded. Β I'm usually very thorough in reading previous reviews on any product before buying on Amazon. There was only one 2 Star review but several other glowing "5 Star Reviews". Well it turns out that 2 Star review was 100% correct about the MEVEM Adjustable Exercise Weight Bench being unstable and wobbles. I included a short video that shows the bench wobbles. It wasn't damaged in transport as the box was securely intact. It's just a one of several very serious design flaws of that weight bench.Oh if the wobble of the back support isn't enough to make one fear for his or her safety while using that device; then you have the additional instability of the front support under the seat. Being the seat support comes to a small square that combined with the unstable back support can cause the seat support leg to become off balanced. It has the potential to pivot if one side of the back support becomes unbalanced. Another concern that one should take note before purchasing is I don't think the hooks under the back rest is a good design either. Those hooks seem welded on well enough but I seriously doubt they can hold up hundreds of pounds when used in incline positions. I can foresee the hooks experiencing metal fatigue if a person is actually taking that weight capacity anywhere remotely close to the limits.Let me also add I didn't feel any comfortable using that bench at all because it makes loud creaking noises just from sitting on it. Now I weigh in the 200s pound wise and far below the 1000 supposed capacity for that bench. If I was a potential candidate for "The Biggest Loser" or a future feature on "My 600 Pound Life" then maybe it could be a little understandable the creaking. Oh but isn't 600 lbs less than a thousand? Yes it is so even a 600 morbidly obese person should be able to sit on that bench without it creaking like it's on the verge of structural collapse.I did contact the company through Amazon about the bench wobble to see if there was anything I could do to tighten the bolts to prevent instability. Oh course I never got a response. Two then three weeks passed and no response so make of it what you will but that's not a good sign in my book. When I brought that bench it was around $150 without the tax. Far too much money for that potential death trap due to it's poor design that gonna eventually lead to someone being unnecessarily injured. I couldn't wait to send that bench back and thankfully it was within the 30 day limit so I got a full refund. Save your money and don't gamble with your safety with that poorly design bench.

it's firm and stable to work out on it after assemble
first of all, when i receive the package the package was a little bit damaged because i think maybe it's heavy so the delivery guy might didn't handle gently, but thankfully that the interior wasn't damaged. when i comes to setting it up, it's easy to assemble and all the instructions are clearly written on the manual with picture steps on it which it perfect for me. i would say that the design of it is really neat, it's clear that each part of the bench has a purpose and it's easy to understand how to use.i would recommend for people who is not that "hard core" when it comes to working out, i think it's better for regular home use or like family usage. since the design is not that complicated and friendly for household use. the overall quality is really good. i would recommend it
