Such a good deal! The booty band doesn’t slip what so ever & has a medium/high resistance. I just did 3 sets of 10 hip abductions & I’m feeling it lol. I haven’t used the ankle straps yet, but they are super comfortable & not bulky.

I got this as a set with a booty band, and the booty band is amazing!! Doesn’t slide around, and it definitely gives a heck of a workout. Not sure what the resistance us though. It said medium I believe. My last one was a medium too but this one feels double my old one. I LOVE it!! I would highly recommend the set!

I loved the quality of this product. I thought because of the price that the quality might be lacking but I was very impressed once I opened the package. Because I am pregnant and can’t lay on my belly for certain exercises I thought this would be the perfect thing to help me still achieve specific exercises. I’ve used both products for over a month and I’m super satisfied. I would purchase this again in a heart beat!

Really nice, just be aware that they don't have clips to attach to the machine's pully. I go to a popular local chain gym that doesn't have clips for these on their equipment. I just bought my own separately. Quality of the product seems very good.

Good combo deal! I hate using the gym straps that everyone uses so I got my own. Work great and super comfy. The booty band that’s comes with it is an added bonus.
