Olympia Tools33-187 Turbopro Autoload Knife

It may seem expensive compared to the cheap, throwaway cutters, but is worth the money. It's a good, solid tool. I use one daily on my job and this one really holds up. It is comfortable in your hand and works smoothly. I love the blade storage and the ease of auto load when you take the worn blade out. Would highly recommend.

This is far and away the best utility knife I own. The new blade inserts just by pulling back on the slide- no pushing a razor sharp blade into a little slot. That's the feature I appreciate the most, but it has a nice heft; the ergonomic design is comfortable; the action is always super smooth (a little shot of silicon spray will spiff it right up, if needed); it's simply made, so it's easy to clean; no tools needed to open the knife or change the blade; its flat profile makes it easy to carry in a pocket; and the cover for the extra blades just snaps into place (used to have to pull back the locking slide to close it). You probably think my son invented this or something, but it's really just a well-designed, well-made tool that doesn't seem to have any design flaws. That's a rare treasure.

I looked at so many box cutters, and took time choosing this one. Very much satisfied that I bought wisely.It's easy for me (a lady), to handle, the hide-away blade makes it EXTRA safe to use. At the condos where I live, we have to break down LARGE boxes before the garbage pick up service will take them. So, no more sawing my big boxes apart with a kitchen knife. :) Lucky me! Great product. Cuts clean and fast. EZ to use. Highly recommend it for whoever may need a quality cutter. Would buy it again, but it's SO sturdy, doubt if I'll have to!A+ fantastic!

This is the best utility knife in the whole world. I use it for everything. The pocket clip (not shown, on opposite side) makes the knife much handier than other utility knives which occupy the whole pocket. I keep mine right over my wallet so that any time i draw my wallet, my knife comes first (extra personal security)The only problemes with this knife are:The four screws back out and must be tightened with a T3 wrench after the 40th dropThe blade release spring can jam and must be adjusted approx. 4 monthsIf you press really hard on the blade, it will dislocate, jam the action, and mar the blade holding block.

I normally use a masterforce that i cant find anymore so ive been searching for a replacement in case it wears out or breaks. Blade slides out well, but not as well as my current. Its very easy to replace the blade and i really like the blade storage in the handle. Grip and grooves to handle the knife are good. Currently my top pick to replace if need be.

Garbage out of the box first use to score dry wall and the blade retention broke. Blades will no longer stay in the knife and can be pulled out by fingers or if blade tipped down and shook blade will fall out. Would not waste my money on this.

I use a utility knife through out the day and this one is perfect for that. The blade slides in and out easily. The release is super easy to use which is handy if you need to use the blade in different ways while you are working. It's got a side door that makes it easy to open and replace the blades, not to mention the neat trick that is loads a blade automatically if you take one of them out. No problems with the blade sliding in or out while you are using it. The release button is off to the side so it doesn't get in the way. The side door to load makes that a breeze. No more disassembling the knife to change the blade or store extra blades. Feels really good in your hand and had a handy carabiner/hook that makes it easy to hang up.This is by far the best utility knife I've ever used.
