So far I have only had vanilla milkshake and fudge brownie. Both taste really good but the fudge brownie is my favorite. Its not overly sweet with a mild chocolate flavor. The vanilla milkshake is not overly sweet with a mild vanilla flavor. It mixes excellent with a wand mixer directly in my glass. I use this product bc it uses whole foods and I only eat whole foods so it's perfect for me. It costs more than other protein mixes but it's worth it to me for the fact that it's made from whole foods. If you're into protein powder this one is top notch! You won't go wrong atleast for the vanilla milkshake and the fudge brownie.

I really like this stuff. The flavor is really good. I didn't realize when I ordered it, that it was such a big jug. I had been looking for a "real" meal replacement, and finally found it with this one. It does have a little too much sugar for my liking, but I'm willing to overlook it for the price and the taste. Completely worth the money.

I purchased the fudge brownie flavored powder but ended up getting the oatmeal chocolate cookie one, don’t know how that happened, but luckily the flavor is still good

MRE is probably the best post workout shake I’ve tried and trust me I have tried a lot.. best part about MRE is it is real food none of that castaway whey garbage. I take it post workout since it has a perfect blend of carbs and protein two very important pieces to building muscle. Downside cost.. but if you want a product made from real food not junk it does cost more. 2nd the flavors are a little weak besides waffles and syrup that one is just gross 3rd 4 scoops! Can’t we just get a bigger scoopers and cut it down to two scoops lol

This MRE fudge brownie meal replacement shake is delicious almost like a bottle of chocolate milk. I tried another popular brand & it was too chunky/grainy. This product tastes smooth & fills you up. This brand is going to be my go to unless it adds too much weight. I can’t wait to try other flavors.

Good fast protein when u need it.

For the most part, I like the taste . I find it mixes better and taste better with water instead of milk. As far as what it offers, it's fully adequate for nutrients and people who need to add an extra bundle of calories to their diet. Definitely not for training but if you need to add about 400 or 500 calories to your diet, this will do it. The chocolate taste is a little chalky, but you can get past it. I feel the premixed 16 oz containers of this mix taste better and is easier to deal with, and nd roughly costs about the same. When you get a little more out of the large container, but for ease of use, the 16 oz containers are much better.
