The cards are very useful to prevent forgetting quant material in GRE. The exam is not abstract or hard but comprises an amount of information big enough to let space for silly mistakes. The cards are aimed to help you realize those possible mistakes and correct them in time. The bottom line is that you will not get smarter nor with the GRE neither with the cards. However they are a tool that will help you automatize the material (rather than to memorize it) at low or no relative cost (in terms of time) and will help you manage better your time per regular questions (time management is the real issue in GRE) giving you more time to use for harder questions.In my case, I did the exam two times, the first one using bad material and the second one using appropriate material (at least for quant), i.e. manhattan and magoosh. The first time scored 161 :( the second time I focused in time management issues and got 168 ;) ... furthermore, in the first session I finished 10 mins earlier and in the second 5 mins. What can I say?...these cards were helpful for sure (buy them)

Dude these things are amazing. No joke I wish I had these years ago - just for fun ;) They're well constructed little things, the wording and examples are clear, concise, and intelligent. They come with a little ring so you can carry a chunk around with you and look at them when you're feeling down, or when you want to stimulate your brain with GRE math. Either way you can't go wrong with these, I'd even consider giving these to everyone for Christmas because let's face it it feels good solving math problems! Who doesn't want to fell good right?But yes, bottom line is if you're studying for the GRE these will help.

I wanted to wait until after I took the GRE to rate these cards. They are excellent as I saved time writing out 500 cards myself. The cards are numbered if they get mixed up and have example sentences on the back. So I did actually find a lot of the words on the GRE which were on the cards, lots of synonyms too. Plus my vocabulary increased for the essay questions and now hopefully grad school. Quality cards that saved me money. Tip on using these is to break the cards up into groups of 20 or so and study over a few weeks. Otherwise your brain will freeze.

I was hoping they would be more going over basic GRE rules and some sample problems - but the entire SET are complicated GRE questions. Personally, I am TERRIBLE at math so every card I have to have my Electrical Engineer of a boyfriend walk me through it. If you have a great grasp on math, these would be helpful for you to study from while, say, commuting on public transport or waiting for an appointment. However, if you're looking for a refresher course, these cards aren't very helpful. They are a nice supplement to study materials though.

These flash cards were good and seemed to work from the basics on up. They're worth a shot if you're serious about boosting your GRE Quantitative score.

These flashcards are a great starting point to studying for the GRE. They offer questions to look at and ultimately concepts to look up if you have forgotten them. These cards are a great alternative to a huge prep book, they are much less intimidating and easy to carry around!

Working through problems is probably the best way to prepare for the quantitative sections of the GRE.

The mathematical questions on those cards do not reflect the GRE questions at all! I would not recommend this product.

It is perfect for improving to my basis in Maths, the cards are excellent with good examples and practical tips

Useful product for GRE exam. However, some cards have arrived damaged (20 cards). It should be a new product, it means completely new for all the cards.

They're very handy and cover all topics. Great for revising on the go.

It just some small example on cards and answer and solution in its back which is not at all helpful.
