Love the pods, don't like the huge price fluctuations...
We love these pods, the Donut Shop tastes great and being compostable is wonderful! I gave 4 stars because one minute they are $16 for the 36 count box, then $18 then suddenly $25 and holding steady there. Overall, yes they are a better value than most but I don't understand why the price changed so dramatically. I've seen other reviews talk about this too.

Nice, but nothing special
They look like Keurig pods but so far I haven't had any problems using them in my k-cup machine and, since they're mesh bags (similar to what tea bags are made from) instead of plastic cups, the smell when you open one of the three plastic bags that they're packaged in is wonderful. The one really special thing about this coffee is the flavor name - "Chocolate Caramel Brownie" brilliantly makes it sound like it's going to be really different and unique, but it's not any better or worse than the other flavored k-cup coffees I usually drink, most of which are less expensive. I like it, and if they make the price more reasonable, or if Amazon offers another coupon, I might consider buying again, but otherwise, not worth the additional cost.

mid order like that, simply because they try to order in ...
I tried to order Highlander Grogg, and I clicked on Highlander Grogg...but I am in Afghanistan, and would not order 12 cups at a time, when I switched to a 36 cup order for the Highlander Grogg, the site apparently switches the flavor to Chocolate Caramel Brownie. You may want to let buyers know that the flavor can switch, mid order like that, simply because they try to order in bulk. Now, I have to wait another couple of weeks, just to get some Highlander Grogg. At this point, I will probably just ask my friends/family to buy and send it, because at least I know they'll send the correct coffee. This is the third problem I have had with Amazon, in the same number of weeks. It is getting old. You should send out Highander Grogg to the same shipping address at no cost. At this point, I am thinking I will simply start ordering directly from manufacturers, I don't see the benefit of having every other order go wrong.

Great value, great taste.
This coffee is a wonderful blend. It has just a hint of the chocolate caramel flavoring, not sweet, just a hint of taste. It is a light roast. My husband and I do not care for the heavy flavored coffees. We both love this coffee.Highly recommend. This also had a great price..

They Failed in a number of ways
In the end I'm disappointed with the product.. but here are the pro's and cons to justify it:Pro's1) The coffee not only smells good when you first open it but the taste exceeds expectation2) The delivery time was reasonable3) the concept of less waste is commendable..Con's1) Once you open the plastic bag in the box containing them they will go stale fast. You need a ziplock bag to ensure they stay as fresh the whole time (why couldn't they supply it to start?)2) In amazon they offer to different quantity amounts but the prices are set wrong. for 1 box of 12 it costs 10.00 ($0.83 / count) but for the option of buying 36 (which they send 3 boxes of 12) is 74.03 ($2.06 / Item).. I bought the 36 option assuming it was cheaper but I'm wrong to think whoever set the prices knows discount in bulk.. can someone please explain how they came up with those numbers?
