Mercer Culinary 8 Piece Plating Set, Matte Black

Got these for two friends who actually cook/bake. Both were excited. The cooking school attendee recognized the brand as what they have at school, and the other one just squealed. Good quality and solid pieces.

It’s an amazing and essential kit to plate! Very useful I love it.

Bought this for my son. Works at a high brow restaurant in Bellevue Washington. It was everything he needed to be able to plate some of the amazing dishes Ascend puts out in their restaurant.

Great set, use the plating spoons all the time. The black finish does come off if you scrub too hard so best to clean with a soft scrubby.

I am a Chef in NYC, in my Culinary school we used Mercer Knives which are amazing. I started working at a 4 star restaurant and decided to start perfecting my plating skills and wanted to buy my own kit, so I decided to stick with Mercer as I know that their products are pure quality. When this came in the mail it was as if I was a child at christmas, I opened it and started playing with it all day, and this indeed has helped me more than what I thought. The spoons are amazing and tweezers are on point for those micro Green plating.My only problem which isn't major, is I noticed a difference in quality, nothing to major but when you're a chef, you can tell whats what. My kit from culinary school was made in Germany and these are made in Taiwan. Regardless, Still a great and wonderful product and I will always stick with Mercer.

Prodotto di alta qualità, bello e pratico, c’è ancora un pochino di spazio per 2/3 piccoli utensili. Nota negativa il corriere ha fatto cadere, lasciandolo appena oltre il cancello di casa, senza neanche aspettare la mia presenza. Dato il prezzo ho speranza nella affidabilità del corriere, non buttare per terra non curante.

molto comodo per il lavoro che faccio , astuccio piccolo da poter riporre in qualsiasi cassetto e strumentazione eccellente , che dire bellissimi prodotti comodi esaustivi per chi ricopre un ruolo di lavoro in cucina, ma unica pecca per il prezzo del prodotto io avrei optato per un cucchiaio diverso invece che uno semplice da cucina. per il resto ottimo veramente!
