MoundsCoconut and Dark Chocolate King Size, Candy Bars, 3.5 oz (18 Count)

Good candy bars. I got the King size (4 pieces per "bar", which is twice the standard size Mounds "bar" which has 2 pieces) in a case of 18, because it was less expensive than a case of 36 Mounds standard-size "bars" (2 pieces each). Same quantity/total weight either way. But after the case that was sold by Amazon and shipped by Amazon (for about $28 with subscribe and save), arrived, it was no longer available as "sold by Amazon" but only from third-party sellers for a significantly higher price. So I'll be removing it from subscribe and save and purchasing smaller quantities locally at the grocery store. It would be nice if Amazon would prevent the outrageous price-gouging that occurs by third-party sellers on their website.

First, kudos for Amazon’s Delivery Crew!I live in Florida. Thus, I frankly expected the chocolate in these bars to be “dark chocolate soup” by the time my order came to me. Instead, my whole order arrived perfectly!Now as to my whole order itself: King-sized (4 piece) of Mounds bars AND a case of Little Debbie Oatmeal Creme Pies.If you have ever experienced the forbidden, albeit sublime guilty pleasures of either of these “oralgasmic” treats, I need not say anything else.Haven’t tried either one? Your nearby convenience store likely has them. Just ask!My only complaint is that I want the makers of Mounds to cut the sugar sweetening the coconut by one-third. Tasty and a great and easy dark chocolate treat.

The candy is good, but arrives melted even in a foil bag. Of course it would at 90+ degree days and travelled across the country in a hot truck. So good candy but won’t be when it arrives

My 500 lb 2nd cousin ate all 36 candy bars the day they delivered...we're gonna need more....send 36 boxes of 36 asap

I bought this product for a birthday party. I handed them out and my friends began eating the chocolate. It was old and the chocolate appeared dried out as if it had been on a shelf for years. They did not taste fresh at all. Threw the whole box away. Very disappointed. Not good quality or value.

What is not to love about dark chocolate and coconut! These are always a hit for Halloween. My only complaint is they do not protect the chocolate when shipping so heat will melt it. Mine shipped USPS and it was a warm day so many of the bars are melted. Order in cooler weather.
