Both my husband and I tried this product for 30 days. Many reviews stated that it works best when taken with organic apple cider vinegar, so I took the product as recommended with the vinegar, my husband tried without. Neither of us saw any kind of positive change in appetite or energy level, nor did we see any kind of weight loss. My husband actually gained about 3 pounds, while I did not. I became more hungry and snacked more often, while my husband remained the same. Neither of us saw an increase in energy. We were very hopeful of this product, as each of us struggles with our own weight control issues and poor energy levels, unfortunately, in the end, we were disappointed.

"Gimmick" Pills
Not sold on this as a weight loss product at all. I took the entire bottle and never felt any different not do I feel I lost weight due to these "gimmick" pills. If you do not put in hard sweat and time to exercise, you will not lose unless you just quit eating all together, of which I DO NOT recommend! Do not buy these for weight loss! Instead invest your money in a monthly membership to a gym or go walking in your neighborhood!

This product odes work It has the right amount of HCA and has the potassium to aid in absorption. I have made the mistake of buying other types of Garcinia Cambodia that didnt work because there was not enought HCA in the pills and it costs just as much as this. It WORKS...
I have been taking for 3 weeks and have already lost 12 lbs. I started with the 4 pills a day and then tapered to 2 per day and still getting the same results. Less appetite and sugar cravings. I love it and ordered another bottle. NO I did not change my eating or exercise regimen while taking, and still lost weight.

What can I say about these pills?! I have a severe sweet tooth and this immediately helped me to stop eating junk food. They don't have me jittery. I did get a headache when I first starting taking these pills but that was because I wasn't eating as much. The only con is the pills are huge! So if you have a hard time swollening pills then these are not the right pills for you. I do really love this product.
