My husband had a bad reaction to a medication he was taking, and it left him with permanent shakey hands (not Parkison's, but very similar). He had trouble holding his coffee cup without spilling it. This cup is perfect for him. Not only is the band around the mug a great heat repeller, but it make it easy to grip. It's glass, so no plastic taste in hot drinks, and it very easy to clean.

This cup is really cute but in reality it only holds about 13 1/2 oz due to the fact that when you place the lid on it will spill the extra 2 1/2 oz it’s supposed to hold out if you fill it to fit 16 oz it’s also NOT double wall insulated as it advertises which means that it gets REALLY hot and the protective sleeve it has could be thicker & wider so that it could help with this issue and it also won’t keep beverages hot for hours which I’m sure I won’t mind when the weather is cold and I’ll be happy to hold something scalding in my hand. As far as leakproof it does well as long as you don’t tilt it but I don’t think that the material will withstand more than a few months of washing to keep it leakproof. I have yet to drop mine but if I did it would without a doubt break with even the tiniest of drops. Otherwise, it’s super easy to clean and again cute but definitely Not worth what I paid for it.

I bought this item about a year ago, and recently started using it again once I had to report back to my work site (after month of remote work.) I was quickly reminded how poorly designed this mug is. Aesthetically it's really nice, but that's about as far as the compliments go. The top doesn't securely stay on, hence the lovely rubber band that has become a necessary accessory. I've had it spill in my messenger bag many times, though placed upright and wedged between lunch and tea diffuser containers, resulting in a fun clean- up before my work day begins! I've also noticed that the lid seems to be getting looser and looser as time goes on. Enough is enough, and this is the last day I'll be using this item.

I purchase the gray tiny 8 oz. It's such a cute little size. Made very well, looks expensive. It does protect 100% from spilling. If you pick it up and shake it upside down it will leak out a little bit. But very very happy with it!

I love this cup! It delivers superior taste thanks to the glass materials. Comfortable to hold thanks to the silicone sleeve. If I had to change 2 things about this cup, I would add an option to purchase a larger size and slightly improve the insulation. The cup is definitely insulated now and it keeps the drink warm for long enough (30 minutes) but it would be nice if it stayed warm just a little longer.

It’s a great cup! Nice and clean. But it will break so fast if place it hard on the table or if it’s being pressed into something

This cup is a great size and it easy to clean. It does not keep anything hot for very long, which I found was okay. I like drinking out of glass, so this worked out pretty well. I did not find that it leaked at all. The only design flaw, which lead to the death of mine, is that there is no grip on the bottom of the cup. My boss unfortunately swept it onto the floor and it shattered into a million pieces. But up until that point, it functioned pretty well, but not well enough for me to repurchase.
