I decided to order this product as it seemed like a good value for price. I ordered it on November 12 2017 and when it shipped it had estimated arrival between November 28 and December 13th. I knew it was coming from China and would be on the longer end but I really didn't need the mat right away. After December 13th past and no mat the delivery date was moved a week later and again no mat. I waited a bit more then Amazon gave me a chance to ask for a refund so I did. At that time the company fulfilling the order said that there was a big festival in China and they were having mail issues and apologized for it taking so long. They agreed to refund my money but send the mat anyway and asked me to review the product. The mat finally came around January 8th.I waited to review it until now because I wanted to use it for a while. When it came it was folded up so at first it didn't fit flat. I had to put some heavy objects like a big water jug (full of water) and a power inverter. After driving around a week or so with these things it lay well and flat. It fits my 2010 Highlander perfectly. There was no strong odor or anything as others have said about some of the cheaper mats. It does it's job well. I have spilled small amounts of water on it and the raised lip kept it from getting on the interior material. It has gotten a bunch of sand (I go to the beach a lot) in it and I just take it out and dumps easily or can be vacuumed out. Overall the mat is a great buy for the money. Their customer service was great and they did the right thing. I give the product 5 stars but the length of time it took to come was a bit excessive (almost 2 months) so I got to give it 4 stars overall.
