Unfortunately, when we drained it for the winter, the very bottom did not drain all the water out and it cracked. We were unable to fix it, and the manufacturer would not allow us to buy just the bottom part. This was our fault. The company has very good customer service and responded to all my questions in a timely manner so we ordered another one. I like this item because it’s tall enough for my husband who is 6’4”. We only get sunshine for about three hours as we live in the woods. It’s warm enough to rinse off after a hot tub. Be aware that it has a very small base that has to be screwed into a secure foundation. We used wood into the ground. Make sure you use Teflon for your connections. It has been difficult to get a good seal so we have a stopcock at the hose connection that we turn off as well.
