Came packaged well. Had a sticker on it that said "heavy - team lift" which made me laugh. Worked right out of the box and does exactly what you need a CPU to do. No complaints here.

Processor DOA.
Bad processor. DOA. As far as a refund goes, Amazon says, "Your return is in transit. Your refund has been issued." However, no refund to date, and that's been two weeks now. Will see. Buyer beware of this seller!
