Because this duct is semi-rigid, it was sooo much easier to maneuver around the attic. A few gentle flop and shimmies and good to go!I was debating on methods to vent my portable ac through the attic and to the eaves for quite awhile. Got my project done quickly and easily (as compared to placing the 3" duct for my bathroom fan. Ugh.)Including a clear pic of the directions because I like to be prepared before I start cutting holes in stuff... hope you find this helpful.

Worked as expected to connect a hood range to a newly installed roof vent. I had to cut it down which was easy to do with a new razor in my utility knife.Be prepared when you open the box to almost never get it back in. I opened this right when it arrived and i should have waited until i had it in the attic.

I have no experience with HVAC work, but this duct made it really easy to complete my project. I installed two registers in a room that we just added on and this duct has performed flawlessly,

This product is exactly as expected

QUICK way to run a duct in attic or crawl space. Outside sheathing is very tough and tear resistant. Inside duck is also pretty good quality. Loved opening the box, but make sure you open it where you intend to use the product. Don't open just for inspection or it could make handling it a lot more difficult. No complaints here.

Used it to extend a through the wall fan and run it thru the attic to another room. We transferred heat from a wood stove room to a bedrrom down the hall. It holds the same temp (90 degrees) in the target room.
