I bought blue but recieced what appears to be navy. how do i get blue (light blue)?

Did you select the color? If it’s shaded out and you can’t select the color indicating it’s not available.

Do they have the usual stupid pockets like most shorts that your phone and wallet fall out of the pockets when you sit down?

I believe the pockets are deep enough that your wallet and phone will not fall out when you sit down. Great shorts for the price.

The tag indicates that the shorts were manufactured in Bangladesh.
