I’m not sure of the benefits but the smell itself is comforting

I think this smells great. I put it in to try it and only rubbed it on my wrists and smelled it for a few seconds. I didn't order this for menstrual issues and was just looking for a bergamot blend and appreciated this had sage, lavender, chamomile, and Palmarosa in it for aura protective properties and stress as recommended to me by a reiki healer.Lo and behold, literally an hour later I started my period! I had not had symptoms for a day that I usually get before I start my period so I think the ClaryCalm did it because I usually am sensitive to acidic food the day before but did not feel that so I really think the ClaryCalm worked. As soon as I started I also did not "dot" for a day and just went smoothly and usually I have a "dot" day that begins towards the end of a day and then my period starts running smoothly the following day. So this must really work for helping regulate female hormones. I don't really track my period either so I think this worked also because usually by the time I get my period it has been 4 to 5 weeks since I last had one and am expecting it because it has been so long but this seemed to make my period come at least a week earlier because it has only been 25 days since I was on my period that I only remember because it was before a holiday. So this works! As a side note, I definitely pride myself on not having any cramps because I drink a lot of black tea and especially Tazo Awake tea which is strong black tea and also is my favorite tea blend. I did suffer like the rest of female society with cramps until my junior year of college when I bought a new nice teapot and quickly learned I could eat and do whatever I wanted on my period because I was drinking three cups of Tazo Awake tea a day which is so high in magnesium it completely eliminated my dietary and cramp problems. Tazo awake tea is served at Starbucks for anyone who is thinking of trying it. I also want to add my diet was not already high in magnesium so it's not like I was drinking or eating tons of magnesium on top of the tea when my cramps disappeared. I did have one day of PMS still that was just a mood swing the day before my period, but that is the only menstrual issue I have had since drinking the tea. I must say I have started taking Raw Vitamin Code for Woman by Garden of Life and have noticed a huge decrease in my feelings of stress and think people should try it for headaches or PMS because I had no PMS yesterday possibly because I recently started taking the vitamins but take two every day. I definitely am not a pill person though and spent a lot of time sick because I was afraid of wasting money but really think that vitamin is the best thing I have ever tried and will continue to take it.I also think for energy healers this is a good item because it smells strongly like sweet sage. I felt a little bout of psychic attack once and someone recommended Florida Water cologne to me but I think this is a lot better because it has a very sweet sage smell that smells a lot more medicinal for psychic protection and also is more appropriate for women to wear because it smells more feminine. I also think it is not really a citrus smell and if anyone wants a bergamot blend this may not be for them because you can barely smell the bergamot.

Oh my goodness this blend is AMAZING and a MUST HAVE for women! I use this all the time, not just during that time of the month, though it does wonders during that time! I rub it on my lower abdomen to alleviate cramps and it eliminates them. Works better than mydol any day of the week. The rest of the month I just rub it on my pulse points for emotional balance as I tend to be a roller coaster. It smooths out my ride tenfold. I go through a bottle a month. I just love this blend it works super well plus it smells great!!! It helps my daughter with her mood swings too. I diffuse this oil in her room while she goes through this journey into womanhood. It helps all around. I swear by this one. It is the first thing i go to every time I'm feeling emotional. I just can't get enough of the scent either, it is almost like I'm hungry for it. I can't explain what it hits in me but the scent hits a need that nothing else will fill. Please please please be sure to select the "available from other sellers" option when purchasing ANY DoTERRA product though and choose to purchase from a seller who clearly posts their Wellness Advocate ID number. This will help to ensure that you are not getting a product that has been adulterated or tampered with. This is a common issue with buying name brand essential oils on Amazon. The caps are easy to rig to appear unopened and dishonest people will dilute the expensive oil or replace it with synthetic fragrance to make a buck unfortunately. I understand why people want to get their DoTERRA on here as opposed to from the website because you want to get wholesale prices without the hassle of becoming a member. I do it! However, if you want to get it on Amazon be smart and cautious about it and please just always get it from a Wellness Advocate who lists their ID number. It will be clearly posted next to their name in the column that usually has a description such as "New" or "Unopened". Add it to your cart from the seller who lists their ID. Also, watch out for sellers whose price is LESS than the wholesale cost on the DoTERRA website because that would just make no sense. Why would someone sell something for less than they paid for it if it were brand new? Know exactly what you are putting into your body or into the air that your family breathes.

You would think this is a gimmick but dear lord has this changed my life. I get pretty bad cramps at the beginning of my period and my boyfriend’s mom had let me borrow hers (i stole it and brought it home with me) cramps were almost immediately alleviated. That was in 2019 snd a half full bottle. A few years later i had to reup and I always will. This stuff is amazing

I was suffering from non-stop hot flashes that prompted a visit to the doctor. Menopause was confirmed and I just didn't know if HRT was right for me, but the hot flashes were making me CRAZY!! So many sleepless nights, waking up sweating... it was so uncomfortable and I was becoming a sleep deprived zombie. I decided to do some searching and found this oil and I couldn't be happier. It wasn't an overnight fix, but after about 2 weeks of applying in the morning and evening (and some days keeping the bottle by my side all day) I started to notice I wasn't waking up sweaty through the night. By about 5 weeks, I suddenly noticed the hot flashes had stopped! I still apply in the morning and usually just inhale a big whiff before bed now to keep the hot flashes away. I've even forgotten to apply for a couple of days and been okay. If I have a hot flash now, it's usually just one and I realize I've forgotten to apply for a while. Now that the hot flashes are under control, the bottle lasts about 2 months. The scent is rather strong but I've become accustomed to it and find it soothing. I apply it on the back of my neck and the scent stays hidden under my hair if I'm wearing it down.
