Discovered these coffee bags by chance, as I was looking for a fresh brew coffee but without the mess & hassle of a cafetiere. These are fabulous. Absolutely 100% the best tasting coffee. After a fair few repeat orders have now subscribed monthly. In comparison to the well known brands on the High Street I would definitely say these are better tasting & cost effective. Instant coffee always tastes wishy washy & far way more expensive using more & more to get a desired taste. These bags don't take up room to transport to work, camping etc. The taste to me is smooth, rounded, earthy, not bitter at all. The aroma when brewing is awesome & they are completely compostable, they go in my wormery, compost heap or torn open straight in the garden. Also found when put straight in the veggie bed kept dog & cat off the raised beds.

My pod coffee maker recently died and I switched to coffee bags initially whilst shopping around for another machine. Surprisingly, I found the flavour of the coffee in the bags much better than the coffee from the pods and the price per cup is comparable.Having used the bags from a well known brand based in Harrogate and sold on Amazon, I decided to try something different when their prices hiked.It felt like a gamble because these came in a bag of 50 and so I had no opportunity to try a few cups before taking the plunge.The outer paper bag is plastic coated on the inside to protect the coffee bags and has a one way valve which can be used to squeeze the air out of the bag, along with a zip lock style closing on the top. Not much to say about the packaging really.The bags look like any other to me, with the ground coffee held inside what looks like a large tea bag.These bags do not need steeping for long. I'm used to reasonably strong coffee with the 'other' brand, but these are much stronger. I'd recommend leaving the bag in the water for no more than 1 minute or so to get a thick, strong brew.The flavour is distinctive in that it tastes much more like normal filter coffee than pods or the other bags I have used so far. It is strong tasting with a bitter aftertaste, which I sweeten with demerara or raw cane sugar.All in all I'm very happy with these and the coffee tastes great. Perfect to wake me up in the morning!

Great quality coffee bags, which work out significantly cheaper than buying take out coffee. The seller delivers promptly, & I will definitely be being these again.
