These seeds are great inclusions for sourdough. I recommend toasting them lightly and cooling them down before you add to your dough.

I guess these seeds promote health for most, however I had a strong allergic reaction. I have a mild nut allergy but have had pumpkin and sunflower seeds without a problem. I am guessing it was the hemp seeds, which I have never had, that caused the problem.
