The large handle and design for easy use.
As the headline mentioned, I am very happy with the flat bottom, large area to put your hand in and the excellent design for easy use for the blade to cut carpets.

Dull blade and no replacement blades
I bought this so I could cut up some old carpets. At first it worked really well but the blade quickly became dull and would not cut anymore. I could not find any place online or in the box stores to buy replacement blades, so I returned it.

Standard 45mm rotary blades for fabrics
The blade that comes with it is not really that sharp. Fabric stores, Craft stores and amazon will all have the 45mm rotary cutter blades. It's an ok toolSharp blades are an improvement. The brass stud could have been larger it's too sloppy and allows the blade to wonder.With a little tweaking it might be a great tool.

Doesn't work
This tool does not work. I can't even cut paper with it. I would return it, but I already threw out the packaging. I'm wondering if I received a used product. The packaging was stapled together. I should have known better!
