I’m writing this years after purchase. It still going strong so can complain about that but it doesn’t get hot enough. Like when I straighten my wigs or my hair it just isn’t hot enough to get them as straight as I need them to be. I’ve never used it to curl so I can’t speak about that

This is one of the best flat irons I've used, for a few reasons; it gets really hot, it DOESN'T have the irritating auto shut off, the buttons are located on the slim edge, instead of right on top, so you're not constantly turning it down or off by accident while you're still using it and the most important reason - it was $11!
