I've been modifying this basket since I first received it, not that it needed it, but I wanted a customized basket that not only carried everything I want to make a picnic cozy, but also makes a statement. The plates and cups are plastic, so they are lightweight, but they are decent quality. The silverware is the same as those cheap ones that you get at a big-box store with the plastic handles and easily bent metal ends.All in all, I'm really happy with it. The basket is pretty well made too. It's not perfect, but given the price and what you get I feel it is worth it.

Beautiful, elegant, and fairly priced! Perfect.
I am SO happy with this picnic basket. It arrived two days after I made the purchase, which is great because I was so excited about it to begin with! It is elegant and very well-made. The lining on the inside was even more beautiful and vibrant than the photo showed it to be. I carefully unpacked the cups and plates, which were of good quality and everything fit perfectly. The silverware also seemed to be of good quality. I didn't check the corkscrew yet, but I'm sure it functions nicely.I put everything in and closed it to see how much room there would be for food, and it seems like a good bit. The cups on each side take up a little room, but the plates in the middle are virtually non-invasive. You could probably easily stack several containers of food inside and tuck other small items inside as well. Or, if someone wants to pack a bottle of wine, fruit, and cheese, that should all fit as well. I have no concerns about packing a generous-sized picnic spread.Besides the functionality, it is absolutely beautiful. I'm so happy with my decision and cannot wait to try it out! Thank you.

Beautiful, great price!
It is exactly what i expected. It's beautifully made, dark brown color, the handle and lock in "leather". Light weight and with all accessories as shown. The fabric is beautiful. At first you might think it is small ( because of the box) but once you open it you see its exactly as advertised. Love it!

This basket is cute AND the dish ware inside is better quality than most picnic baskets I've had/seen. The wine opener is cheap so just throw that out and replace it with what you've got, but everything else is great.
