Real maple syrup is best with Buckwheat, IMHO. Honey is also a good second. This nutty tasting grain tastes seo much better and richer than GMO wheat. It's sad that they altered our wheat to the point that it makes people sick, and that GMO-altered wheat has infected most of the wheat on the planet, and causes much intestinal distress, has so many people off to the gastrointerologist.
