Best noodles ever!
I’ve tried a few different brands of bean thread vermicelli, and this one stands out for its quality and consistency. The noodles cook quickly—just soak them in hot water for a few minutes, and they’re ready to go. They’re perfect for soups, stir-fries, spring rolls, or even cold noodle salads. The texture is springy and not mushy, and they absorb flavors really well.Packaging was intact and the noodles were fresh. A single pack goes a long way, especially if you’re using them in dishes with other ingredients.Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys Asian cooking

Good taste easy to use
I love glass noodles. I fix them as sides or main. I put them in soups and stir fry. With meat or vegis. Just a fantastic good tasting product

Perfect vehicle for your favorite sauce/curry; can microwave-cook them
The nice thing about these (or any) vermicelli noodles is, if you cook them correctly, they're the perfect vehicle for your favorite sauce/curry, and they take on the flavor of that and whatever other foods they're combined with. And, like most pastas (wheat or other), these can be cooked in the microwave. Simply bring water to a boil in the microwave - enough to cover these noodles - then add these, and cook for 1-3 more minutes (depending on your microwave and how "al dente"/chewy or mushy you want these). Rinse with cool water to stop the cooking process. Add a bit of sesame or other oil so they don't stick together. Done.I like to cook these and add them cold to fresh salads. Makes the salads a bit more filling and the noodles hold vinaigrette dressings really well (they probably any dressing well, really, but I typically use my own home-made vinaigrette dressings).

Great value for the price
These were really yummy for butter pan, and a good price for a 6 pack. Cheaper than the Asian store.

PRODUCT OF CHINA!
I bought these noodles specifically because they stated that they were from Taiwan. The package states “Product of China.” I don’t eat food products from China as nothing is regulated. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice this until after I had consumed some. This is bad business!

GREAT! (3 to a package this time rather than individually wrapped, which isn't an issue for me)
LOVE THEM!!!! Sidenote: they were not packaged individually like they have been in the past. This time they were 3 per one package. Not a problem for us since they're dried and we usually use multiples at once, but just in case that matters.
