It's a great substitute.
I can't even eat gluten free but I can eat this and I'm happy. I add tomato sauce and chicken sausage and I'm in heaven.

Not a good value.
Amount if product for cost very bad. We bought this item at Costco in bulk which is as it is pictured here. Individual servings were shipped rather than bags of noodles as is displayed here. We returned product. I was charged $60 for a few servings of noodles. Very bad deal!!!!!

So Disappointing
I loved the noodles. A great pasta substitute for my diabetic diet. The price is prohibitive for the amount of servings you get. Sorry to say I can never afford to buy this product again.
