ICED Cap- Cooling Hat For Ice

Hat general best keeping cool in hot humid condition. Is perfect,no, but best i have found. Need more room ice area, but works ok if put hat on first. Better with small ice, but then does not last very long. 30 minutes and need refill or use bigger cubes. I set course go by driveway every 30 minutes. All that said best for hot humid conditions. Would rate lower if found something better. Update. I added a cooling towel hoodie under the hat. Now keeps cool without getting soaked. I found make ice cube in muffin silicone cup make ice cube that last for 45 minute run. Upgrade to 5 stars. Cap much better than hat.

Purchased to wear on hot days on the golf course. Hat fits fine but when ice is in doesn’t quite as well but the whole idea is kep your head cool on those super hot days and it does that. Good job

Bought this hat for my hubby who is an ultra-marathon trail runner. Summer races get really hot around here and it can be hard to stay cool. This hat might look a little silly, but it's a lifesaver. I was worried his head would get too cold with the ice sitting on top of it, but it doesn't, and it melts and runs down cooling him off nicely. He has not complained about it getting in his eyes either. I would highly recommend one of these if you run long-distance in the heat!

This hat can hold about twenty or so ice cubes, so it's okay for keeping cool for a little stroll in the neighborhood, but if you are looking for something that can last for more than an hour while running in the heat, it doesn't cut it. If you try to put in more ice cubes (and there is plenty of room for more), then the hat starts riding on top of your head like a bean bag. Without some kind of chin straps, I doubt if it will stay put while running, but I'll upgrade my rating if I'm wrong.

When I got it I was a little thrown off that you're supposed to put ice in there that's just going to melt all over your head. But I just took snack size Ziplock bags and fill those with crushed ice from my freezer instead, and then later refroze those flat. Hat stays dry, head stays cool. My husband is 6ft tall so you can see that there was a drawstring on the top of the hat. I thought it would look kind of dorky, but it's not nearly as bad as I expected. I'm actually here to buy a second one because I still the one that I bought for my husband.

I have a medical condition that causes me to be heat intolerant. I searched for quite some time before finding this cap... which was exactly what I needed. The migraine ice caps weren't what I needed for outside in the warm season. It's cute. It's functional. It's way more comfortable than sticking ice packs in my old tennis cap. It seems to be very well made and I like the material. I'm satisfied!

Neat concept: a baseball cap with a sealable pocket on top in which to put ice so the heat is cooled and thus the body. Unfortunately, the cap is for a very small head, a five-year-old maybe. When I tried putting the cap with the ice in the top pocket on my head, the cap did not fit, it just slid off my head. The cap fits my head and stays on if I do not put anything in the top ice compartment so I guess I will use the cap to keep the sun out of my eyes on cool sunny days. But as far as a cooling cap, no.

Great buy. It works! Keeps your head cool.

The hat is good, but I ordered two hats and was very upset when I had to pay $48 in custom fees when the package arrived.
