Great packaging and good quality. Farly quite for the size. I love the electric start and remote. Now my wife can use it when I'm not home.

Excellent generator. Heavy but easy to move around on the wheels. Took it out of the box, put the oil in and it started up right up. Only problem was a broken plastic molding around the control panel. Not really a problem though. Called Firman customer support the gentleman called me right away (on his day off!) and is shipping me a new trim molding. Excellent customer service!
