Fine for 99% of users.
I have multiple Burris and Primary Arms mounts. I tried some cheap Chinese ones, and they were dismal fails. I gave these a shot based on the reviews and 5-star ratings. This is an excellent value mount. The misses:- I wouldn't feel comfortable torquing these beyond 20 in-lb. The bolts are relatively small diameter compared to something like a Burris that can go in the 60+ in-lb range.- There are no official specs listed or shown for these. Even a small slip of paper with specs. and warranty info. would be great.- Not digging the white logo. A muted gray or something less conspiuous would be better.-6061 aluminum. Stronger aluminum is available. The hits.- it's a toyota corolla of mounts. Basic features, not paying for both smooth and picatinny ring tops.- super lightweight- bolts are flush when mounted. No huge lugs/knobs/qd sticking out.- chamfer on the base adds some elegance and reduces weight.- allen wrench included- sturdy without being over-engineered overkill.Summary: the mount works great for any reasonable normal use. If I was climbing in and out of humvees or expected my gear to be rough handled, I would lean to the Burris. For normal, everyday plinking, shooting, and hunting, this mount is plenty durable. I've bought 2 of these now, and will eventually be buying more.

I am surprised! Great mount!
I bought this mount and a cheap scope for my SPR until my funds allowed me to buy the optic setup I wanted. Well, my new scope came in and after shooting this I see no reason to switch mounts. It simply works well. I cerakoted mine to match but it looked just fine in black. If you need a simple 1" mount with the extra reach for the offset, this is the mount for you.

Worth more than the price
I am really surprised with this mount. I was hesitant because it doesn’t have very many reviews but, they are all positive. For $25 I figured I’d try it because $200 for a mount is rediculous to me.Of course Amazon shipping was fast and when I unboxed this mount I was surprised to find how solid it feels. I really thought it would feel “cheap”. The finish is done right and there are no burrs from machining.I got it mounted and got my scope in the rings and went to the range. I shot a total of 100 rounds and so far nothing’s backed out or loosened up.Time will tell but I see no reason this mount won’t hold up to my uses for a long time to come. The box also included 4 extra screws. As for the lightweight claim, I don’t have another lightweight to compare it to but I wouldn’t call it lightweight, although it’s not abnormally heavy either.

Disappointing...
Took my .308 to the range today fired about 10 rounds through it and noticed the scope had moved within the rings from the recoil of the rifle. Thought maybe I didn't have them tight enough so I wrenched down on them, made no difference. Don't know if anyone else has had this issue but my advice is spend another $35 and purchase a better one. Loved everything else about the mount but do to the fact that it cannot keep the scope in place for its life and that is its sole purpose I would not recommend to anyone am truly disappointed. I had high hopes for this product with all of the good reviews it had

Perfect mount and a great value!
I needed a mount and I didn't want to spend a whole lot since it was just going on my MP15-22. Got this mount based on the price and the other reviews, and it's awesome! I would definitely buy this again in the future. Seems really sturdy and rigid and works great.

Was skeptical of price.
Was skeptical of price with how cheap it was compared to more notable brands. When i unpackaged the mount the ring cap and ring base looked like they were slightly off so I decided to lap the rings. Mounted the scope and tried to bore sight with my Bushnell bore sighter but it was too short. So went to range to see if it was on the paper or if I was going to have manually bore sight. It was on the paper at 25 yards so moved to 100 yards and it was only 3clicks up and 2 clicks left and it was dead on.

Very nice lightweight mount.
I bought 2 for AR style rifles in .223 and .300 blk. The mounts are aluminum and very lightweight. I've shot several hundred rounds with both rifles and not a single issue with these mounts, they put the scope eye piece forward of the charging handle like I wanted with the cantilever design and remained completely on the reciever and centered on the scope tube. Scope height was perfect for a nice cheek weld on the carbine stocks. I am back for a third one. Both rifles shoot less than 2MOA consistantly with 10 shot groups. You can spend a whole lot more and get a whole lot less...these replaced a set of Leapold rings that cost more than both mounts combined. Screw holes could be a little tighter tolerance and I wonder about aluminum threads, but neither have been a real issue.

For the money - you can't go wrong
I'm usually a LaRue mount or Burris PEPR kind of guy - but sometimes you just don't want to spend that kind of money on a build - especially if it's just a .22lr, or something you just threw together for the fun of it. I used one of these on a .450 Bushmaster for a bit - and another on a 6.5 Grendel. Good mount. Nice and sturdy. Good construction. You really can't go wrong for the $$$. If you are looking for a rugged, budget mount - look no further.
