Works great for porcelain repairs
Used this to fix some chips in a toilet that occurred while removing an old spud for replacement. Worked perfectly, fixed the chips and allowed a new spud to properly seal. Only thing is that the repair is noticeable since it is a flat color against the shiny porcelain, but thrilled that it saved me having to get a new toilet.

AquaMend Saved my Pool and Summer!
This stuff is an absolute Lifesaver when it comes to fixing pool leaks!I was losing a good 2 inches of water a day out of my salt water pool. We had a new liner installed the previous year plus a new salt water filter, everything was new, so I knew that wasn’t the cause, I couldn’t work out where the issue was, we were told our steps jets didn’t work any more, (too expensive at the time to fix) then just by chance I noticed our soon-to-be-ex pool guy had just clear-caulked around both the jets on our steps, it looked like a tight seal, but when you touched it it wasn’t at all, it was loose, after further investigation that was where we were losing the water, significant cracks around both jets.I searched around until I happened across this product on YouTube, I watched a YouTube video on how to use it and gave it a shot.It was so easy to use, and very inexpensive. In 10 minutes I had both jets sealed tight. The 2 colors (dark green and white) blend to a very subtle off-white, once I’d pushed the epoxy putty deep into the cracks, added another small amount for extra packing, and smoothed it all off, you can bearly see the join at all; blends perfectly with my white steps.I used disposable gloves to mix the epoxy in my hands, using the pool water for easier blending, then I removed the gloves to install the putty (easier install without gloves). Installing the putty underwater was surprisingly very easy, I sat on my steps in the water to do it.Push the putty into the cracks, remove any excess, then smooth off, very easy.Within a half hour epoxy had hardened.I filled my pool water to the brim of the second step...and waited!48 hours later, the water is at the exact same level, you have no idea how happy we are now, thanks to this product. This summer has cost us around $80+ inlost salt, and goodness knows how much lost $’s in water, never mind the stress of potentially having to bring in someone to find a leak, and lose more $’s.(Thanks to this AquaMend epoxy putty; no need). For $11 this AquaMend Epoxy Putty is worth every single penny.I know some here have had mixed reviews, but if I could give this 100 out if 100 I would do so.I wasn’t paid and did not receive any discounts for this review.I’m just a very happy customer!Try it yourself.

Truly works as advertised. Water-tight repairs in just a few minutes!
I used Aquamend years ago to patch a leaky aquarium. The patch wasn't pretty but it sealed the leak without my having to drain the tank and dealing with unhappy fish while other materials cured and dried. So now, I have a nursery where we use a capillary mat system for watering young plants. Some of the plastic trays we use arrived from our supplier with cracks and breaks in the corners. Rather than throw them in the recycle bin, I thought of "that stuff that fixed the old aquarium". I hunted all over the place looking for the remainder of that old tube because I couldn't remember the exact name. Once I found it, it was easy enough to find it here on Amazon. We had tried to patch these plastic trays with several other epoxy products. Because these plants are mostly edibles, we didn't want to use anything that would be harmful to us or the environment. Nothing stuck to that slippery, shiny black plastic, though. Until the tube of Aquamend arrived. I mixed it, pressed it into the cracks and let it sit there for a few minutes before I added water to the trays. One tray still had a seeping kind of leak so I pressed on a bit more of the Aquament. Presto! We had 3 trays back in use rather than in the trash bin!Aquamend is now a part of our maintenance kit. I won't be without it ever again!

Underwater Epoxy Cures Under Water- But Doesn't Always Stick!
This stuff cures even under water! It's pretty easy to use. The only problem is getting it to stick to wet concrete. I had no trouble with it above the waterline (trying to fix a crack in my swimming pool). Under the surface, though, it tended to stick to my fingers better than to the pool plaster, so it took a lot of work to get it into the cracks.

Works underwater for pool repair
This works great for underwater pool repair and has lasted so far for 2 years. Only downfall is it dried a little light gray instead of light blue to match the pool.

Expired or defective!
Was sent a defective or expired product. The white center of this two part epoxy was already partially cured to the point where it was impossible to properly knead together. The consistency pictured(which is nothing like how it’s supposed to look compared to the example in the instructions) is after almost 10 minutes of kneading as hard as I could. Very disappointed. Could not locate a manufacture date to confirm expiration.
