Shame on Samsung for not making parts for a 10 yr old machine as thats when parts start to go bad. Repairman showed me on samsungs website and other suppliers that don,t make part anymore. For those who said don,t buy Chinese knockoffs, back of original pump says 'made in china' in big letters. Pump went in easy and seems to work well so we will see how long it lasts. For 20 bucks its easy to replace if it lasts a reasonable time.

This part is a pain to replace in our Samsung washer. You must remove the front panel of the washer. This is the second time it has been replaced. The last time the part only lasted for 2 years. I am hoping this lasts longer.

Worked like the original pump that I had in my washer. This washer part not only saved me money in labor, by doing it myself. It also saved me money in the price that I paid for it. Others sellers were asking for much more. A Great Value.

The pump that came with the washer lasted over 11 years. This pump failed after 11 months. I bought in March 2024 & it failed in Feb 2025. I think the entire appliance industry quality control has collapsed. Appliances & parts are built to fail.

This is an exact fit replacement pump on my wife's front loader washing machine. It is a Chinese knock off part but looks exactly like the original pump and motor assembly. The assembly appears to be good quality, it may even be the OEM part maker for Samsung. There are dozens of pumps shown on Amazon and several state OE "replacement" but none state OEM part. The packaging is a very cheap thin cardboard box inside of an Amazon bubble wrap envelope. This was the second pump I ordered. The first was damaged inside the shipping envelope. The cardboard box was completely flattened inside the shipping envelope and a piece was broken off of the assembly. I ordered this pump from a different vendor but it was packaged exactly the same. Arrived with a smashed flat cardboard box but the pump was not broke. Poor packaging cost it a star on my overall rating. The part arrived the day after I ordered it. Very fast shipping. I would buy from this vendor again.

Like others said, it fit my Samsung washer and was easy to install. I wish all the washer manufactures made it easier to get to these parts, but I did a bunch of prep work and when the part arrived, I had it installed and as running a load of laundry within 30 minutes.

Like others have said, a $20 DIY job, or a $300 pay someone else. Don't be afraid to try this yourself. Once you get the cover off and the fancy control panel removed, you can see how simple these machines are. Just follow the disassembly steps on any number of Youtube vids. A few of helpful hints. 1) Make sure you replace all 3 hose connections fully. I did not push one of the hoses on all the way and it leaked a bit. 2) While you have the machine open and the pump assembly out, replace the rubber check valve for the ejector hose. 3) Again while everything is open, there is a junction box for several hoses sort of in the center of the machine at ground level. Pop them off and check for items suck as coins that cause a partial blockage. A quarter is supposed to be able to pass, but on some older machines the boxes were undersized and would easily get clogged. 4) Enjoy the praise you get from your spouse for fixing it yourself.

Fixed it myself, it wasn’t easy to get to. Carefully watch the utube videos and keep track of the locations of the screws. You may need to be inventive since not all models are the same. Also, clean everything thoroughly. Otherwise, it’s a great part and not too hard just a bit tedious.
