Easy application using a foam brush. Did three application just to make sure of coverage. Beads well after three weeks of use. Very low smell. How long it lasts is a TBD.

Followed the instructions exactly. Easy to apply with a small sponge. Used a microfiber cloth to remove a slight haze after 5 min. Applied three coats. Grout has a uniform color now and it left no haze on the tile afterwards. Beads water like wax.

No cap
Thank God it didn’t leak in shipping. The top was sealed with a thin film, but there was no screw on cap, even though the bottle is clearly threaded for one.

Leaves white residue
The media could not be loaded. Leaves a nasty white film I can’t seem to get rid of.
