Works great, but there is smell with new equipment. I'm sure it will fade with time. Little tough to roll over carpet or rugs but not a big deal

It was easy to figure out and it really cools things down. The fan levels are a little high so would not be good in a small room. I have not tried it outside yet but better then an air conditioner due to it being moist air.

Over priced humidifer. Doesn't cool. Just makes your house humid.Update: I requested a return authorization. "I replied:First of all, I ordered two units by mistake and cancelled one order immediately.The unit showed up early which was nice. The packing box was damaged on the bottom but when I unpacked the unit there didn't appear to be any damage to the unit.There were no screws for the roller feet so I had to go to the hardware store to get some. The closest hardware store is 27 miles from my home.Once the wheels were installed. I froze the ice packs and filled the unit with water to test it. It ran and read 23 to 24 Celsius just running on room temperature water.When the ice packs were frozen I added them to the top compartment, ran the unit for about 15 minutes to give it a chance to cool. The temperature still read 23 to 24 degrees Celsius.So I ran it for several hours to give it a chance to cool. It was positioned near a sliding glass door that was open 3 inches for ventilation. The humidity level outside was 7%. After running it for several hours, I again checked the temperature. It still read 23 to 24 degrees Celsius. My room isn't any cooler. I checked it with a digital thermometer. The room just felt hotter because it was so humid.I shut it off and the next morning I tried it again. I noticed the carpet where the unit is sitting is slightly damp. I'm not sure if its condensation or if there is a small leak somewhere.I would like to return this unit for a refund. It does not accomplish the cooling I need and I am concerned about a potential leak.Thank youThey replied:"Hello dear customerWe received your message. I am not an idiot.Just how am I supposed to check the pump? Water was running through the top where the ice packs go. To me that says the water pump is working.Possible leakage? No where in the user's manual does it talk about a drain cover. Just where in the hell is it? Then take apart what accessories?? What accessories?? And reinstall! Really?I am a 68 yo woman. If it doesn't work or has issues out of the box, I should be able to return it no questions asked. Not asked to take the unit apart to try to fix it. With most products if you take them apart it voids the warranty. BS.

Didn't last long has shelf life of only 3 years then stop working

It was supposed to provide cool air. The instructions were less than favorable. The manusl gave instructions to other machines more than the one I had. It provides some cool air, but has a distinct smell to it, and does not cool garage even a little bit.

This thing works really well! Got it quick and easy to set up. I live in Las Vegas and have a 2 story house, needless to say it can get hot upstairs! I work from home in my loft and the regular fan wasn’t cutting it. This baby drops the temp down 6-8 degrees with no problem. I haven’t even used the ice packs. My husband bought some kind of splitter to put on the washing machine valve to fill it quickly since our laundry room is upstairs too.It’s fairly quiet on low which is what I set it to in my bedroom at night. If you put it on high - you are going to need to turn the tv volume up a little, but it’s not awful at all.It was missing a caster but I messaged the seller and they shipped me one out the next day! Excellent service. I have already sent the link to multiple friends here in Vegas to purchase as well.

The screws to attach wheels were not included. Contacted seller who replied promptly and took care of the problem. This product has made such a difference in making it more comfortable to get through a very warm summer.

i got this product 2 times first time it worked fine for about 4 months then stopped ,the seller was great send me a replacement right a way, that worked for about the same time and stopped.I bought the 2nd unit which did not even start. I got the refund from amazon.
