2 pack wireless mic
╔ ■ Price Point / Value: 5/5╠ ■ Quality: 5/5╠ ■ Recommendation: 5/5╠ ☼ Overall: 5/5╠ ►Product Need: Karaoke, Wireless microphone╠ ►Product Pros: 100 ft range, 2 pack, no interference, easy to use, warranty╠ ►Considerations: Add ons╠ ►My Review: I do a lot of karaoke on my computer at parties, and always felt I could improve on my system. I didn’t want to buy a full machine as I didn’t need it. This is a great option to have a dual karaoke session, but really could be used for any event that needs a microphone. You will need batteries as they are not rechargeable ones, but is an easy set up otherwise and professional heavy duty. The connection is made via the aux audio cord. The sound that is picked up is what you would expect with little background picked up. There is no interference that I could find and no weird issues from feedback or anything like that. For the price I am not sure what I else I would change as the quality is great and would recommend.

It gets the job done but there are some little issues.
Bought these for an upcoming wedding, based on all the good reviews and the good price. Here are my early impressions.Overall construction seems ok. The receiver feels solid and the LED readout is bright and easy to read. The batteries fit very snugly in the microphones. The mics have good heft and the mesh is solid. My only concern about build quality is that there is a noticeable amount of play in the 1/4" jack on the back If the receiver. When I plug the cord in it moved quite a bit. I'm a little concerned that it may push into the unit and break if I'm not careful, or maybe even if I am.Range seems good. I was able to set the receiver up on the first floor of my house and walk up to the third and the signal still stayed loud and clear. You do have to get the microphones right up to your lips and be dead center on them to be loud and clear. The sweet spot on them is tiny. If you're used to Shure/Audio Technica, or other more expensive mics or similar these will be an adjustment. On the plus side, I am guessing this makes for good wind resistance and other noise rejection. Blowing on the side of the mic didn't result in much wind noise and standing close to the speakers didn't cause feedback, so that's good. The sound is clear, but a bit bassy. I recommend cutting low frequencies if you have the receiver plugged into a mixer with an EQ. There is no noise floor with just the receiver powered on but I did notice that some noise is introduced when you turn the microphones on, even if the volume knobs for the mics are turned all the way down. It's not obnoxious but it does add a little noise. The documentation leaves a lot to be desired. It's a single folded card which tells you enough to get them working and some basic troubleshooting information. It says to contact a service center for help if the troubleshooting tips don't help but here's no contact information for customer support nor any warranty information. I also noticed the manual says that there's supposed to be a set of green LEDs on the receiver that are supposed to illuminate when you are speaking into the mics but I don't see that on my unit. Either it's an error in the documentation or an issue with my unit. Regardless, it doesn't seem to effect the function of the kit. There's nothing in the book about changing the frequencies, but I figured out that if you unscrew the middle section of the grip (the one for battery access) there is a tiny button under the UHF label. If you push that button the transmission frequency on the mic changes in .5 increments through the range indicated on the receiver. That's information they should tell you in case you have interference issues. There is also no explanation as to why the bottom section of the microphones that covers the transmitter also twists off.Anyhow, for the money I think they're acceptable. I will update this review if I experience any future issues.

Fast connection and sounds fantastic.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This is cool and very affordable dual microphones system. It sounded like my Sennheiser Vocal Microphones which is being used right now. I couldn’t tell the different. The only thing that might need to improve is the batteries. This set uses 2 AA batteries for each, so total of 4 for both. It would be fantastic if they can be rechargeable microphones. I hope they will make it rechargeable for the next version. What I like about this set is that they are connected immediately without me tinkering around. I just need to power it on and start singing. They are very light so my hand does not feel tired holding it. Thanks to the silicon that included in the package. It prevents the microphone from sliding down too far. That was a great idea and I like that.

great!
I bought this for my 14 year old daughter because my daughter plays instruments and sings. She has been practicing for an upcoming event and she did not have a microphone to practice on. I did not want to spent a lot of money and this set had great reviews so I decide to give it a try and I was no disappointed at all. The sound it impressive for such a small unit! It was so easy to set up. All she needed to do was plug it in. I like that it is compact so she can take it to small events with her. Over the weekend we had a party and and we set it up for Karaoke. The dual mics came in handy when several kids wanted to sing together. We were able to use these through several room with no interference or signal loss. We are really going to enjoy these at future events and now the whole family can join in on karaoke!

Had an issue with the device, seller replaced it :)
***EDIT***The seller agreed to either refund the amount or replace the device, and I opted for the replacement. Good customer service I just wish they had warranty info available in the packaging!***EDIT***Used it TWICE in 3 months, and now the 2nd microphone (Mic 2) doesn't produce any sound. It shows up on the base unit as being connected (the LED lights up once turned on) and the mic itself has the LED's on it all lit up, however no sound whatsoever comes through.Noticed also that the mics scream a bit if you are in the wrong location in respect to the speakers, but I was able to get past that. However, I have no remedy now for the broken Mic since there is NO warranty info in the box whatsoever, and no phone numbers or contact info at all in the manual.I would steer clear of this unit, I did NOT have the experience the 4-5 star people did with this unit!

works great for home use
I ordered this set for our annual Christmas party. I wasn't sure it would work exactly like I wanted, wanted to allow plenty of time to figure it out. We have rented machines in the past, but now with the internet getting access to the songs for free or a few dollars for a short term subscription makes these machines irrelevant. These microphones are battery operated, and wirelessly connect to a receiver. The receiver plugs into a speaker. Its super easy, and sounds better than any karaoke bar system.
