It's a very cute print, my son loves it. There is plenty of room and a couple of extra pockets. It's the perfect size for my 4 year old son. However, the material is really flimsy, it's difficult for my son to zip and unzip it because the material gets caught in it and gets extremely frustrated. I don't know about durability as we just got it a day ago, but it doesn't look promising. Also, when I received it, it seems like their was a name written on the name tag and someone scribbled it out with sharpie. So i had to buy heavy duty labels to put over it so I could write my child's name on it. The zippers are easy for him to handle and the strap in the front is great for added support. The size of the bag is perfect for his size. He will be going in to kindergarten. The backpack would also be great for a preschooler as its not overly big. Fits a coloring book, 2 notebooks, crayons, 5 diapers, baby wipes, 2 changes of clothes, water and milk bottles, some snacks and a toy. Perfect to have as a travel or pre-school backpack. He loves it. The buckle sits a little lower than baby harnesses so it doesn't bother him with his sensory issues. Also the fabric around the neck and shoulders fees comfortable for him. Straps are not well padded but for the weight he carries it's not a problem.
